Elizabeth Ayala is Verden Group’s newest consultant and head of contracting and practice operations. She is a healthcare executive with degrees from Iona and Fisher colleges, and more than 25 years of expert experience in contract negotiations, credentialing, compliance, practice management, population health, and provider relations in outpatient and hospital settings.
She has overseen dozens of staff personnel and managers, hirings, and hundreds of credentialing projects including streamlining an entirely new credentialing process. In addition, Elizabeth is also well versed in PCMH transitions, and drove her most recent team to achieve Level 3 PCMH and excel in their quality measures.
She is a proud Boston native who loves photography, spending time with her daughters, biking and hiking.
